Thermo Fisher Scientific in Mexico is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team across global trials. You will help ensure site activation aligns with the project schedule and SOPs, support audit readiness, and assist with ISF and documentation control.

Working with local and global teams, you will maintain systems, track regulatory documents, train new staff, and help manage risks to keep trials on schedule.

Formación

• High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of related clinical trial experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and completes trial activities per task matrix.
• Performs department, Internal, Country and Investigator file reviews and documents findings in systems.
• Ensures tasks are on time and within budget; proactively communicates risks to project leads.
• Provides system support (Activate & eTMF) and keeps databases current.
• Handles administrative tasks on trials, including document processing and distribution.
• Analyzes and reconciles study metrics and findings; assists with resolution of findings.
• Assists with ISF and Pharmacy binder materials distribution and regulatory submissions.
• Supports start-up activities and site activation within the project plan; trains new staff.
