CPKC in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Manager, Signals and Communications Engineering to ensure new S&C systems meet CPKC standards, FRA requirements, and ATTRAPI regulations before going into service. You will supervise test planning, document control, and verification activities across S&C Construction, Design, and Project Controls to verify milestones and field audits are completed.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in S&C construction, maintenance or design, 3+ years in test lead roles, bilingual

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years' S&C Construction, Maintenance, or Design experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in test lead, employee in charge role an asset.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in Mexico and USA.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, implement, monitor, and enforce S&C processes, regulatory requirements, CP/CPKC required practices and Red Book requirements.
• Produce and check system-level test documentation.
• Coordinate, produce documentation, and validate vital software application testing.
• Coordinate verification and validation activities, including project phasing plan, schedule, resources and test team management within S&C Construction, S&C Design, and S&C Project Controls.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones, including field audits and verification/documentation.
