ALSTOM Gruppe in Mexico seeks a T&C Engineer/Technician responsible for execution of T&C activities for railway signaling or telecom subsystems, aligning with project strategy, EHS, and QCD targets. You will conduct train testing per procedures and delivery schedule.

You will supervise EHS compliance, manage tools and documents, coordinate with Test Engineering, Quality, and Field Operation teams, and deliver daily/weekly reports.

Formación

• Mandatory: Minimum license degree in engineering or equivalent (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience of 1 to 2 years in T&C field.
• Scholarship dedicated in Railway industry.
• Mandatory: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Industrial activities related to Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways or factory automation.
• Good knowledge in IT tools and smart devices.
• Be familiar with high risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements.
• Have a good technical level in electrical, electronic, mechanical and networks domains.
• Ability to have a good communication with other colleagues and other functions (engineering, manufacturing, industrial, quality, …).
• Ability for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment.
• Ability to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment.
• Team spirit approach and good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• 4M checklist to four weeks before starting the activity
• Materiel and available Sites
• Availability of design documents to perform the activities are complete and with the latest revision and previous as built of installation
• Availability of tools with the required calibration up to date
• Availability of skilled and trained resources –EHS, Special process, …-
• CONQ (Cost of Non Quality) (internal & external to testing)
• EHS (Environment, Health, Safety): Zero Fatality and Severe Injuries, under control. Coordinate EHS Training, for all work places under control in order to prevent accidents and occupational illnesses. Investigate incidents and accidents.
• Implement the AZDP Directives
• Productivity required in line with the quality standards and in schedule (Provide Daily and Weekly Report for all the activities) to PrIM and PrCOM.
• Lead Time
• Customer acceptance before commissioning

Educación
