Job summary

First Point Group is seeking an experienced RF Project Manager in Mexico City (CDMX) to lead Ericsson-based RF optimization and large-scale telecom deployments on-site. You will coordinate engineering teams, manage scope, schedules, risks, and deliverables while ensuring high network performance and SLA adherence.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in telecom project management, deep Ericsson/RAN expertise, and strong English communication for international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of telecommunications project management experience.
• Deep Ericsson technologies and RF Optimization expertise.
• Strong LTE/4G and 5G network design/optimization knowledge.
• Proven track record managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced English communication for international stakeholders.
• Legal work eligibility in Mexico with on-site availability in CDMX.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for RF optimization and Ericsson infrastructure deployment projects.
• Coordinate and mentor technical engineering teams, field technicians, and vendor partners.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and milestone deliverables.
• Oversee LTE/4G and 5G optimization rollout, KPI tracking, and network performance verification.
• Facilitate client meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive project status reporting.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, technical specs, and quality standards.
• Drive proactive risk identification, issue escalation, and problem resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, change logs, and resource utilization reports.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline
