Empresa Confidencial is seeking a Junior Shipping Supervisor to coordinate outbound shipments and support daily warehousing activities. You will work with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure shipments are accurate and on time, while maintaining SAP records and shipping data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in shipping, transportation, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience coordinating or leading daily operational activities.
• SAP experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office apps.
• Experience with Power BI, TMS, or ERP platforms preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize customer requests and respond with urgency.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to support time-sensitive shipping requirements when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate outbound shipment schedules based on customer priorities and requirements.
• Monitor daily flow of inbound and outbound materials.
• Confirm shipment readiness, documentation, and carrier appointments.
• Track shipments and provide updates on delays or exceptions.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams by phone and email.
• Create and update shipment data in SAP and maintain shipping trackers.
• Prepare daily shipping reports using Excel or Power BI.
• Identify opportunities to improve shipping processes and efficiency.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to shipping team members and warehouse partners.
