AMETEK, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in the Nuevo Laredo facility to support the transfer of products from the US. The role requires coordinating with couriers, entering data into the ERP system, and ensuring the correct material for each PO is picked and recorded accurately.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple shipments daily, and proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP tools. Forklift experience is a plus, and a college degree is preferred.

Formación

• College degree preferred; 1–2 years shipping/logistics experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare shipping orders.
• Communicate with carriers for pickups.
• Access the system and print pick-lists for the day.
• Coordinate daily shipment schedules to leave on time.
• Pick orders from shelves, racks or production line.
• Box and palletize orders as needed.
• Print labels per order.
• Negotiate shipping fees with couriers.
• Prepare sales reports for senior management.
• Maintain meticulous shipment records.
• Plan and track shipments according to customer requirements.
• Keep logs of warehouse stock and order status.
• Communicate with clients and shippers to resolve complaints.
