North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Valle Bonito Industrial Park to manage shipment preparations and carrier coordination. You will select optimal shipping methods and complete transportation documents, ensuring accurate ERP updates and KPI tracking.

Requirements include years of experience in logistics, advanced English, and familiarity with IMMEX or customs documentation. The role offers weekly pay and benefits under Mexican labor law.

Formación

• Years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in Logistics or customs documents (IMMEX or customs broker).
• Mexican Customs Pedimento codes and HTS.
• CTPAT.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the Shipping Leader on regards to shipment preparations and priorities.
• Prepare documents and coordinate with Shelter and the carriers the logistics to ship products.
• With the support of TMS and other tools, identify the best shipping method and option.
• Prepare transportation documents for each shipment (BOL, CI, PL, COO, etc.).
• Upload freight fees and tracking numbers in our ERP system.
• Update our KPI related to logistics.
• Meet the objectives annually assigned.
