AMETEK Inc. in Reynosa is sourcing a Materials Specialist to oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of materials for manufacturing. You will ensure precise SAP transactions, enforce FIFO, and uphold 5S and safety standards throughout the warehouse.

You will collaborate with production to keep material flow efficient, support counts and inventories, and escalate issues until resolved, maintaining accuracy for continuous operations.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse operations, receiving, materials handling, or shipping.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
• Knowledge of FIFO material flow and 5S/workplace organization.

Responsabilidades

• Receive materials with accurate verification, documentation, and SAP entry.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards in the warehouse workspace.
• Follow safety rules and escalate issues with follow‑up until resolved.
• Deliver materials to production lines per tickets and requirements.
• Keep SAP transactions up to date, including invoices and packing lists.
• Ensure FIFO is applied in all material handling activities.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to maintain flow.
• Support cycle counts, inventories, and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies between physical and system quantities.
