AMETEK Inc. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to support transferring products and processes from the US to Nuevo Laredo. You will contact couriers, enter data into the ERP system, and ensure correct material is picked for each PO.

Strong attention to detail is essential for accuracy and on-time shipments. The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and forklift operations (preferred).

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Experience with Oracle or ERP systems is a plus.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping orders.
• Communicate with carriers for pickups.
• Access the system and print pick-list for the day.
• Coordinate orders to ship for the day and ensure timely departure from facility.
• Pick orders from shelves, racks, or production line.
• Box and palletize orders as needed.
• Print labels per order.
• Negotiate shipping fees with couriers.
• Prepare sales reports for management.
• Keep meticulous shipment records.
• Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Maintain logs of warehouse stock and orders.
• Communicate with clients and shippers to resolve complaints.
