AMETEK, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in the Nuevo Laredo facility to support the transfer of products from the US. The role requires coordinating with couriers, entering data into the ERP system, and ensuring the correct material for each PO is picked and recorded accurately.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple shipments daily, and proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP tools. Forklift experience is a plus, and a college degree is preferred.

Formación

• College degree preferred; 1–2 years shipping/logistics experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare shipping orders.

• Coordinate daily shipment schedules to leave on time.
• Pick orders from shelves, racks or production line.
• Box and palletize orders as needed.
• Print labels per order.

• Maintain meticulous shipment records.
• Plan and track shipments according to customer requirements.
• Keep logs of warehouse stock and order status.
• Communicate with clients and shippers to resolve complaints.

Job Description: The Shipping Coordinator will provide support on the transfer of products and processes from US to Nuevo Laredo. We are looking for an organized shipping coordinator to be responsible for contacting couriers to provide them with shipping information. The shipping coordinator is also responsible for entering information into the system and ensure picking the correct material for the correct PO in the system and firming in the system. To be successful as a shipping coordinator you must have excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipping orders.
• Communicate with carriers for pickups.
• Access to the system and print pick-list for the day.
• Coordinate all orders schedule to ship for the day leave the facility on time.
• Pick orders from shelfs, racks or production line.
• Box and Palletized orders as needed.
• Print labels per order as required.
• Negotiate shipping fees with couriers.
• Prepare sales reports for senior management.
• Keep a meticulous record of shipment information.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders.
• Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.

Education:

• College degree (preferred)Experience
• 1-2 years of experience. (Preferred).

Background:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Oracle or ERP system experience (Preferred).
• Fork-Lift experience (Preferred).
