AMETEK is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to support the transfer of products from the US to Nuevo Laredo. The role focuses on coordinating carrier pickups, entering data into the ERP system, and ensuring correct materials are picked for each PO.

You must have strong attention to detail, be organized, and capable of printing pick-lists, labeling shipments, and maintaining meticulous shipment records to meet customer requirements.

Formación

• College degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Oracle or ERP system experience preferred.
• Fork-Lift experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare shipping orders.
• Communicate with carriers for pickups.
• Access the system and print pick-lists for the day.
• Coordinate all orders to ship for the day leaving the facility on time.
• Pick orders from shelves, racks or production line.
• Box and palletize orders as needed.
• Print labels per order as required.
• Negotiate shipping fees with couriers.
• Prepare sales reports for senior management.
• Keep meticulous records of shipment information.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders.
• Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve complaints.
