A shipping and logistics firm is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to act as the primary customer contact for shipping-related inquiries. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree (any course) and adapt to working on-site. Responsibilities include providing order status updates, coordinating shipments, and preparing shipping documents. The position offers a fixed day shift from 8 AM to 5 PM, alongside various benefits such as leave credits and performance bonuses.

Formación

• Bachelors Degree holder of any course, open to undergraduate.
• With or without experience are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to undergo training.
• Willing to work using emails and calls with customers.
• Amendable to work onsite.
• Amendable to attend face-to-face interview.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary customer contact for shipping-related inquiries.
• Provide order status updates, delivery confirmations, and shipment tracking information.
• Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists.
• Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Resolve shipping issues, delays, damages, or discrepancies.
