Formación

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of Receiving, Storage and Shipping of Finished Product
• Coordinate the activities related to the 5S program
• Supervise the correct follow-up of C-TPAT and OAS rules and protocols
• Supervise and coordinate the functions of the area's personnel
• Supervise the correct use, operation and maintenance of tools/equipment
• Update the department's metric control
• Organize information meetings for warehouse floor personnel
• Authorize permits and vacations for warehouse floor personnel
• Coordinate the program for sending shipments to customers
• Coordinate the cycle counting program
• Coordinate and supervise general inventory activities
• Supervise the rework process for placing lamps
• Coordinate the maintenance and repair service of equipment
• Validate the correct FIFO control of the finished product
• Coordinate the training and development program for floor personnel

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping Warehouse Activities 3 a 5 years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of mathematics, Knowledge of MS Office Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Teamwork, Leadership Communication skills.
• English 60% or conversational.
• Engineering or bachelor degree.
