Amphenol TCS de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for managing the stockroom, including supervising personnel and maintaining inventory accuracy. Candidates must have a BS in Engineering or a technical career, at least 2 years of experience, and a strong command of English.

Responsibilities include training staff, controlling stock movements, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience as Warehouse/Receiving Supervisor.
• Experience in Physical Inventory process.
• 75% English language level required.

I. GENERIC DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing, in accordance with company policies and procedures, the warehouse of raw materials, finished product, materials or spare parts; for the reception, remission, identification, arrangement and dispatch of these; for designing inventory systems, housing and classification of items that are handled. Requires technical studies or unfinished professional career, intermediate level of English, and experience of at least two years. Supervises the work of the warehouseman and the materialist.

II. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervising whole process at stockroom (In’s, out’s, allocation, safety, security cc, chemical handling, etc.)
• Assigning, controlling and supervising whole stockroom tasks
• Keeping accurate records about in’s outs and balance in stockroom
• Approving ins and outs checking requisitions as needed
• In charge of general stockroom physical inventory
• Training whole stockroom personnel
• Daily control cycle count process (executions)
• Daily control of requisition and kits process to maintain production running
• Daily control of product requisition in external warehouse.
• Assure the correct manage of FIFO
• Complete and provide daily reports as needed
• Keep stockroom in good conditions (Housekeeping, safety, security 5’s execution and control)
• Complete additional tasks as needed
• Promote and follow safety process and procedures

III. POSITION PROFILE

• BS in Engineering Completed, Technical career as a minimum
• Experience in Physical Inventory process
• English 75% language level at least
• Knowledge in MicrosoftOffice software
• Knowledge in ERP software (Oracle, SAP, AX)
• Personnel management
• Good knowledge in receiving and warehouse management
• At least 2 years as Warehouse/Receiving Supervisor
• Basic SOX knowledge
