Aptar is seeking an IS Professional, IS Support Service Administration, based in Queretaro, Mexico. This hybrid role supports ITSM processes and the ServiceNow platform, focusing on data accuracy, user support, documentation, and process adherence.

You will work with experienced team members to build practical ServiceNow knowledge while contributing to stable and efficient service delivery in a globally scoped environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Fluent in English.
• First practical IT support experience in ITSM/ServiceNow.
• ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine ServiceNow administration activities and data quality checks.
• Support ITSM processes by handling standard requests and following up on data gaps.
• Assist with testing, documentation, and issue logging for platform updates.
• Maintain work instructions, troubleshooting notes and user guidance.
• Collaborate with IT support teams and vendors to resolve incidents and requests.
