Atomic Hr is seeking an SEO Lead to drive strategy, execution, and optimization of SEO initiatives for U.S.-based higher education clients. This fully remote role leads multi-account programs from conception to delivery, coordinating across Content, Web Development, Analytics, and Paid Media teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SEO with a strong technical focus, hands-on experience with Claude AI, and a proven ability to deliver measurable growth in organic search.

Formación

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
• Track record of uncovering high-impact issues and fixing them.
• Hands-on with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Strong WordPress knowledge to spec fixes precisely.
• Advanced experience with Claude AI for AI-assisted workflows.
• Clear written communication for specs and client recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies across multiple accounts.
• Build SEO roadmaps aligned with enrollment goals and business objectives.
• Conduct keyword, topic, competitor, entity, and search intent research.
• Lead technical SEO: site audits, crawl analysis, indexing, Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with Web Development to implement technical SEO improvements.
• Optimize content, landing pages, and hubs for visibility and UX.
• Identify content gaps to strengthen topical authority across student journey.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions; deliver actionable insights.
• Own monthly SEO reporting and communicate strategic recommendations.
• Stay current on AI search updates and evolving SEO best practices.
• Evaluate emerging search technologies to improve workflows.
