Atomic HR is seeking an experienced SEO Lead for a fully remote role serving U.S.-based higher education clients. You will own strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple partner accounts, guiding projects from conception to delivery on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO. You’ll work with Content, Web Development, Analytics, Paid Media, and Account Management to drive measurable growth through AI-enabled SEO

• 5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
• Proven ability to drive growth across multiple sites or accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication for briefs and client updates.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies across partner accounts.
• Lead technical SEO audits, crawl analysis, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights; own monthly reporting.
