Atomic Hr is seeking an experienced SEO Lead for a remote role serving a U.S.-based higher education marketing agency. You will own strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple partner accounts, including AEO and GEO initiatives, while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You will guide technical and content optimization, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enrollment-related outcomes and AI-driven search innovations.

Formación

• 5+ years in SEO with 3+ years in technical SEO
• Strong experience with organic growth strategy and performance optimization
• Hands-on knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies across multiple higher education partner accounts
• Lead keyword, topic, competitor, entity, and search intent research
• Drive technical SEO initiatives including site audits, crawl analysis, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internal linking
• Collaborate with Web Development to implement technical SEO improvements
• Optimize content, landing pages, and hubs for search visibility and AI discoverability
• Identify content gaps to strengthen topical authority across the student journey
• Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and other KPIs; deliver actionable insights
• Own monthly SEO reporting and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
• Stay current on search algorithms, AI search advancements, and best practices
• Evaluate emerging search technologies and AI tools to improve workflows
• Contribute to SEO documentation and process improvements
