Atomic Hr is seeking an experienced SEO Lead for a fully remote role serving U.S.-based higher education marketers. You will own strategy, execution, and optimization of SEO initiatives across partner accounts, balancing analytical rigor with hands-on delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
• Experience with agency environments and multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies across multiple higher education partner accounts.
• Build SEO roadmaps aligned with enrollment goals and business objectives.
• Conduct keyword, topic, competitor, entity, and search intent research.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives including site audits, crawl analysis, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internal linking.
• Partner with Web Development to implement technical SEO improvements.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and content hubs for search visibility and UX.
• Identify content gaps to strengthen topical authority across student journey.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIs.
• Own monthly SEO reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Stay current on search algorithm updates and AI search advancements.
• Evaluate emerging search technologies to improve workflows and performance.
• Contribute to SEO documentation and process improvements.
