Atomic Hr seeks an experienced SEO Lead to own strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple higher education partners. You will balance long-term growth plans with hands-on technical work and collaborate across Content, Web Development, Analytics, Paid Media, and Account Management teams.

The role emphasizes developing organic growth strategies, leading technical and content optimization, and delivering measurable results for universities and nonprofits in a fully remote setting.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
• Proven ability to identify high-impact issues and prioritize fixes.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Strong WordPress knowledge for themes, plugins, redirects, and schema.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Claude and AI-assisted workflows.
• Clear written communication and ability to spec fixes and recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies across multiple higher education accounts.
• Build SEO roadmaps aligned with enrollment goals and business objectives.
• Conduct keyword, topic, competitor, entity, and search intent research.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives including audits, crawl analysis, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internal linking.
• Partner with Web Development teams to implement technical SEO improvements.
• Optimize content, landing pages, and hubs for search visibility and UX.
• Identify content gaps to strengthen topical authority across the student journey.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
• Own monthly SEO reporting and communicate strategic recommendations.
• Stay current on search algorithm updates and AI search advancements.
• Evaluate emerging search technologies and AI tools to improve workflows.
• Contribute to SEO documentation and continuous process improvements.
