Atomic Hr is seeking an experienced SEO Lead for a fully remote role serving U.S.-based higher education marketing clients. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple partner accounts, balancing hands-on work with guiding teams toward measurable organic growth.

You will drive technical SEO, content optimization, and AI-assisted workflows, collaborating with Content, Web Development, Analytics, Paid Media, and Account Management teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in SEO with emphasis on technical SEO, preferably in an agency or multi-site environment.
• Proven ability to identify high-impact issues and prioritize fixes over checklists.
• Hands-on with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Strong WordPress knowledge: themes, plugins, redirects, and schema.
• Advanced experience with Claude and AI-assisted workflows.
• Clear written communication and ability to spec fixes for developers

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies for multiple higher education accounts
• Build SEO roadmaps aligned with enrollment goals and business objectives
• Conduct keyword, topic, competitor, entity, and search intent research
• Lead technical SEO initiatives including site audits, crawl analysis, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internal linking
• Partner with Web Development to implement technical SEO improvements
• Optimize content, landing pages, and hubs for visibility and UX
• Identify content gaps to strengthen topical authority across student journey
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other KPI's
• Own monthly SEO reporting and present strategic recommendations
• Stay current on algorithm updates and AI search innovations
• Evaluate new search technologies and AI tools to improve workflows
• Contribute to SEO documentation and process improvements
