Nielsen seeks a Compensation Analyst to benchmark roles, manage pay structures, and oversee benefits operations across the US and Mexico. You will analyze market data, address compensation challenges, and deliver fair, competitive packages aligned with company goals.

In this role you will support governance, ensure compliance with labor laws, and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing Total Rewards team.

Formación

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; professional HR/compensation certifications preferred.
• Advanced English level required.

Responsabilidades

• Market Pricing & Job Evaluation: benchmark roles against external salary surveys and review job descriptions to establish grading and pay levels.
• Salary Planning: assist with merit reviews, bonus distributions, and base pay adjustments.
• Mexico Benefits Management: drive end-to-end benefits operations for Mexico, including enrollment, vendor liaison, invoicing and queries.
• Compliance & Governance: ensure programs comply with federal, state, and local labor laws across US and Mexico.
• Team Guidance: support and guide newer team members within established guidelines.
