Danone is seeking a Senior Specialist in Workforce Analytics & Reporting to deliver advanced analytics and BI solutions across North America. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with governance, data validation, and stakeholder management to enable data-driven decisions.

You will design and develop scalable reporting, lead analytics initiatives, and mentor the team while maintaining direct involvement in technical development and day-to-day operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 6+ years in Workforce Analytics, HR technology, or BI.
• Hands-on expertise with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills with large enterprise datasets.
• Experience with Dayforce, ServiceNow, and HRIS reporting.
• Knowledge of ETL, data integration, and governance controls.
• Ability to lead initiatives and manage stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver advanced workforce analytics, reporting, and BI solutions for North America.
• Lead reporting architecture, dashboards, data integration, and governance.
• Mentor team members and coordinate across HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity, validation, and consistent reporting across systems.
• Resolve operational tickets, troubleshoot data issues, and drive improvements.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and analytics initiatives.
