Randstad México is seeking an experienced Workday Specialist (Senior Lead) to act as SME for Time Tracking and Absence. You will drive functional configuration, testing, and global deployment to support our enterprise workforce.

You will partner with HR and Payroll, translate business requirements into robust Workday solutions, and own end-to-end delivery across regions. Strong autonomy and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.
• Experience in global deployments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations.
• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment across global business units.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and integration teams to ensure accurate data flow and system stability.
• Evaluate system impacts across related domains to maintain solution quality.
• Manage priorities and drive complex deliverables with minimal oversight.
