Kyndryl is seeking a Senior Lead, Workday Time Tracking & Absence specialist to design, configure, and support Time Tracking and Absence in Workday as the system of record. You will own solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment across global requirements, partnering with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and scalable outcomes.

As a subject matter expert, you will translate business needs into sustainable Workday configurations, advising on best practices

Qualificações

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in Time Tracking and Absence.
• Ability to independently design and deliver Workday configuration solutions from requirements through deployment.
• Strong understanding of time, absence, and payroll-related processes and downstream impacts.
• Experience supporting production Workday environments, including troubleshooting in live systems.
