Job summary

Kyndryl seeks a Senior Lead, Workday Benefits specialist to design, configure, and support Benefits in Workday as the system of record. You will own solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment across global requirements, partnering with HR, Payroll, and downstream teams.

Requires 7+ years in Workday configuration, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to drive projects with limited oversight. Hybrid work model offered; location: Mexico City or remote option.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with deep expertise in Benefits
Ability to independently design and deliver Workday configuration solutions, from requirements through deployment
Strong understanding of benefits and payroll-related processes, including downstream impacts
Experience supporting production Workday environments and troubleshooting
Experience supporting global or multi-country Workday deployments
Familiarity with Workday security, processes, and reporting impacts related to Time and Absence
Translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice Workday configurations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and enterprise-wide communication skills

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into Workday configuration solutions

Collaborate with HR, Payroll and downstream teams to deliver compliant solutions
Support global Workday deployments and ongoing production support
