Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Workday Time Tracking and Absence projects. You’ll work with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to implement Workday solutions and train clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will analyze client needs, deliver training and support, and help optimise operational efficiency while adhering to Professional and Technical standards. You will build strong client relationships and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of Workday product experience.
• Current pursuit of or an Workday Pro certification.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

As a Workday Time Tracking and Absence- Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Workday applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a crucial role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience of Workday product experience
• Current pursuit of or an a Workday Pro certification
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
• Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Projects
• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
