Job summary

Kyndryl in Mexico City is hiring a Senior Lead, Workday Time Tracking & Absence to design, configure, and support Time Tracking and Absence with Workday as the system of record. You will serve as a subject matter expert, owning solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment across global business requirements.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, and downstream teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and scalable solutions supporting day-to-day operations and evolving needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with deep expertise in Time Tracking and Absence
• Proven ability to independently design and deliver Workday configuration solutions, from requirements through deployment
• Strong understanding of time, absence, and payroll-related business processes, including downstream impacts
• Experience supporting production Workday environments, including troubleshooting and configuration changes in live systems
• Experience supporting global or multi-country Workday deployments
• Familiarity with Workday business process frameworks, security considerations, and reporting impacts related to Time and Absence
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, supportable Workday solutions using best-practice configuration approaches
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in an enterprise, cross-functional environment
