Job summary

Kyndryl in Mexico City is seeking a Workday HCM Compensation Specialist to design, implement and optimize global compensation processes within Workday. You will lead annual merit and bonus cycles, collaborate with stakeholders, and act as a Workday SME across regions.

You will configure, test, and maintain compensation modules, deliver dashboards, and translate business needs into system configurations while ensuring data accuracy and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or advanced certifications preferred.
7+ years as a hands‑on Workday SME configuring and maintaining HCM, Core, and Advanced Compensation modules.
Experience leading Core and Advanced Compensation cycles in Workday.
Experience deploying multiple Workday HCM implementations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills with executives and clients.

Responsibilities

Provide functional leadership in design, development, and implementation of Workday HR solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to design and deploy compensation management across global cycles.
Analyze, design, develop, and deliver Workday HR system enhancements; act as SME during Workday releases.
Manage annual compensation administration including merit and incentive processes.
