Kyndryl seeks a Senior Lead, Software Engineering Specialist – Workday Benefits to design, configure, and support Benefits solutions with Workday as the system of record. You will own configurations, testing, and deployment across global requirements, partnering with HR, Payroll, and downstream teams to deliver accurate, compliant outcomes.

The role requires independent work, managing priorities with limited oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable, day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on Workday configuration experience, with deep Benefits expertise.
• Proven ability to independently design and deliver Workday configurations from requirements to deployment.
• Strong understanding of benefits, payroll-related processes and downstream impacts.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Benefits configuration design, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and downstream teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations using best-practice approaches.
• Work with integration partners and technical teams as needed, focusing on configuration quality and outcomes.
• Support global/workday deployments and ensure sustainable, maintainable solutions.
