Citi in Mexico City seeks an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst to serve as the technical authority for Workday and SAP integrations, ensuring the operation and stability of more than 75 critical HR and Payroll connections. You will coordinate incident resolution, manage change and release processes, and set technical standards to boost resilience and performance.

Formación

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Be the technical authority for Workday & SAP integrations across the ecosystem.
• Ensure operation and stability of 75+ critical HR and Payroll integrations.
• Coordinate incident monitoring, support and complex troubleshooting.
• Manage impact assessments, changes, releases and deployments.
• Define technical standards and best practices for integration.
