Qualcomm is looking for a Staff Workday Analyst to join the HR Systems Technology team in Mexico City. This role requires extensive Workday HCM experience and the ability to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years in IT and 5 years of Workday experience, with a focus on technical guidance and system configurations. This full-time position is integral to shaping complex solutions within the organization.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday.
• Strong attention to detail and organized.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a Workday HCM subject matter expert.
• Support Workday system configurations to meet user needs.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across teams.
