PwC Mexico is seeking a Senior Consultant – Workday Integrations to design, develop, implement, and support complex Workday integration solutions across the ecosystem. You will partner with global stakeholders to deliver end-to-end integrations and drive successful outcomes.

The role requires hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services, plus strong XML/JSON skills, and excellent communication to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with Workday Integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
• Strong XML/JSON/REST/SOAP skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions.
• Lead integration workstreams across implementations and support.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday technologies.
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Suggest scalable integration architectures and best practices.
• Support data conversion, migration, and reconciliation activities.
• Participate in design workshops and provide technical leadership.
• Mentor junior consultants and grow the Practice.
• Partner with global teams to drive successful outcomes.
