Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Zapopan, MX location. The role requires shift work (2:00 - 9:15, Mon–Sat) and strong English communication, with a focus on achieving department goals and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has proven people management experience in a warehouse setting, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication and writing required.
• Experience leading teams in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with WMS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of a warehouse department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling).
• Monitor and report department metrics; address internal inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Participate in staffing, disciplinary actions, and performance development with HR and facility management.
• Ensure task priorities are set and met; support operational goals.
