Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a dedicated Logistics Training Coordinator to support onboarding and ongoing training within our Zapopan, Mexico facility. This role focuses on organizing sessions, preparing materials, and delivering New Hire Orientation and annual trainings in English.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of training support experience, strong MS Office skills, and excels in communication, time management, and organization to coordinate multiple sessions and keep accurate records in ETQ.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience supporting the training team, onboarding new employees.
• Proficient using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to plan ahead.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage training materials and resources.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling and materials.
• Deliver New Hire Orientation and annual training.
• Maintain records in ETQ.
