Arrow Electronics is seeking a Senior Warehouse Supervisor in Zapopan, Jalisco. Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping, ensuring targets and service levels are met.

You will manage staffing with guidance from management and HR, handle performance issues, and track metrics across the department. The role requires strong English communication, prior people management experience, and warehouse know‑how.

Formación

• Must be fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Previous experience as a people manager in a warehouse setting.
• Experience supervising day-to-day logistics or value-add operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and data reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day operations of a warehouse department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping).
• Set priorities for the team and monitor department metrics and KPIs.
• Partner with HR and management on staffing, performance, and development.
