Copeland seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring data integrity and inventory accuracy above 98%. You will lead the warehouse team to meet safety, production, and efficiency goals, coordinate shipments, and work closely with Planning, Purchasing, and Distribution teams.

The role requires 5–8 years in warehousing, leadership experience, and proficiency with ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle) plus advanced English.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards, SAP, or Oracle.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Flexibility to support different work schedules as needed.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Power BI.
• Experience coordinating annual physical inventories.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise receiving, shipping, warehousing, Tool Crib operations, and production material support.
• Lead inventory analysis and ensure data integrity across warehouse transactions.
• Coordinate domestic and urgent shipments, including transportation and tender requests.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse receiving and shipping procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy levels of 98% or higher and develop corrective action plans when needed.
• Oversee cycle counts, annual physical inventories, and inventory adjustments.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for warehouse equipment, including forklifts, scales, and wrapping machines.
