Donaldson is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Aguascalientes to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of materials from receiving through shipping while maintaining inventory accuracy, quality and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Industrial Engineering/Logistics/SCM/Administration).
• 3–5 years of warehouse supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing inventory, warehouse operations, and hourly personnel; knowledge of ERP/WMS and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, replenishment, and shipping activities.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to support production and customer demand.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and ERP/WMS transactions.
• Maintain FIFO inventory practices and optimize warehouse space utilization.
• Coordinate daily warehouse priorities with Planning and Production teams.
• Lead and develop warehouse personnel through coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure on-time shipment and uphold quality and accuracy standards.
• Analyze warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, company procedures and EHS requirements.
• Participate in internal audits and support CAPA activities.
