Job summary

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Mexico head leads and grows Visa’s consulting and analytics business in the region, with full accountability for strategy, performance, talent development and operations. You will define market strategy, partner with Country Management, Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing and Regional VCA leadership to identify growth opportunities and deliver high‑impact engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in management consulting, financial services, payments, analytics, strategy, or related industries.
• Proven experience leading large-scale consulting, advisory, analytics, or professional services organizations.
• Demonstrated success managing P&L accountability and delivering sustained revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision, growth agenda, and operating priorities for VCA Mexico.
• Lead the development and execution of annual and multi-year business plans aligned with Visa’s country and regional objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and client needs to inform investment priorities and future growth strategies.
• Own the overall financial performance of VCA Mexico, including revenue growth, profitability, resource utilization, and cost management.
• Drive achievement of business targets through pipeline management, commercial execution, and strategic account planning.
• Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with key clients across financial services, merchants, fintechs, public sector organizations, and ecosystem partners.
• Ensure delivery excellence across consulting and analytics engagements with measurable business impact.
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of consulting, analytics, and practice leaders.
