Job summary

Amber is seeking a Game Programmer to join our cross-functional teams in the development of AAA-quality titles. You will help find optimal technical solutions, write readable, maintainable code, and collaborate across planning meetings and stakeholders to align task specifications.

Ideal candidates will have strong Unreal Engine or C++ engine experience, solid knowledge of core engine components, and a track record of optimizing performance and memory usage while applying solid design patterns

Qualifications

• Proficient with Unreal Engine or other C++ game engines.
• Solid knowledge of Rendering, AI, Networking, Navigation, Physics, and UI.
• Experience optimizing for FPS and memory usage.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture.
• Experience debugging and profiling large codebases.
• Minimum 5 years of game development experience.
