Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Software Craftsperson/Typescript-II based in Mexico for a fully remote role. You will own end-to-end software initiatives, build scalable backends in TypeScript, and deliver production-ready features while integrating AI-powered workflows and agentic tools.

Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience with TypeScript and exposure to AI/LLM ecosystems such as OpenAI or Claude, plus strong design and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of professional software engineering experience producing production-grade systems.
• Strong hands-on TypeScript experience for scalable backend/API development.
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered apps, agents and agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with OpenAI/Claude or similar ecosystems and agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of REST or gRPC, databases, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own complex software initiatives from design to production readiness.
• Build scalable backend systems and APIs with TypeScript.
• Deliver production-ready features balancing scope, quality and performance.
• Develop AI-powered workflows using LLMs and agent frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients and teams; mentor peers and share knowledge.
