Nextpower Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for TrueCapture to manage and execute implementation projects across Latin America, coordinating commissioning activities for Nextracker products in energized environments.

• Broad and multidisciplinary technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical and mechatronic engineering.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex projects.
• Ability to work autonomously with responsibility and influence over regional results.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical execution of TrueCapture projects across regions with timelines and quality.
• Coordinate and oversee field commissioning activities per specs and safety standards.
• Serve as primary technical reference for teams across customers and partners.
• Lead technical communications with customers, supporting benefit evaluation and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, commissioning reports, and compliance records.
