OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a Transportation Manager for our Matamoros, Tamaulipas plant to oversee inbound and outbound transportation operations across domestic and international modes.

You will coordinate with planning, customer service, warehousing, and external providers to ensure timely shipments and cost efficiency. The role focuses on implementing and adopting the TMS, maintaining accurate data, and driving continuous improvement in freight cost, billing, and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience with TMS, ERP, or comparable systems.
• Experience with freight invoice audit, payment, accruals, and disputes.

Aufgaben

• Lead inbound and outbound transportation operations across domestic and international modes.
• Implement and support Transportation Management System (TMS) adoption at the Matamoros site.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for service, cost, claims, and invoice accuracy.
• Conduct carrier and 3PL performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop transportation team members; set clear objectives.
