Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical design, preferably transformer design.
• Strong knowledge of UL, CSA, NEMA, IEEE, and IEC standards.
• Experience using simulation software for transformer design and analysis.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain recognized expertise by applying latest technologies and methodologies.
• Develop innovative approaches to solve complex engineering challenges and validate ideas.
• Document technical findings, designs, calculations, and results for knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to IP generation and support project IP strategies.
• Travel as required and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
