ABB in Mexico is seeking an EL Sales Support Manager - Pre-Sales to support the Sales organization and its customers with technically appropriate, cost-effective solutions. You will serve as a key technical resource and prepare technical descriptions for ABB's products and technology.

The role follows a hybrid work model and contributes to ABB's Electrification business for the US Market, focusing on molded case breakers, transformers, and lighting panels with strong customer-service orientation.

Formación

• BS in electrical or mechanical engineering or a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of product knowledge in relevant ABB products and systems.
• Strong analytical, customer service, and technical communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely warranty support to ABB Sales, Distributors, OEMs, Contractors, and End Users.
• Offer technical advice and comment on enquiry specifications for customers and sales teams.
• Perform analytics and diagnostic studies to determine suitable technical solutions.
