MongoDB is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager, FDE Engagements, to oversee lifecycle delivery of high-impact customer engagements. You will partner closely with customer engineering teams, drive planning, risk management, and execution, and ensure alignment across FDE, Product, and account teams.

Formación

• 5+ years leading complex technical programs or engineering initiatives in enterprise software/platforms.
• Ability to partner with Engineering, Product, and customer stakeholders across engagement lifecycles.
• Proven track record delivering programs with risk management and clear ownership decisions.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written, with strong written documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the engagement lifecycle for forward-deployed engineering projects.
• Coordinate onboarding, planning, risks, blockers, and execution across teams and customers.
• Define success metrics, track progress, and ensure clear ownership and decisions.
