ThetaRay is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end AI-driven solutions for banks and fintechs worldwide. You will collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to deploy AI/ML models, integrate data pipelines, and ensure timely, impactful implementations.

Ideal candidates have strong project delivery capabilities, hands-on AI/ML and data integration experience, and are motivated to lead complex customer-facing projects within financial institutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field.
• At least 5 years in project delivery, data engineering, or software implementation.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience with Big Data or Apache Spark is advantageous.
• Cloud platform experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI implementation projects for global customers.
• Act as primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project planning, timelines, and execution with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee integration of customer data pipelines and AI/ML model configuration.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Present milestones, results, and metrics to senior stakeholders.
