TransUnion is seeking a Sr Manager, Product Management for LATAM, guiding a cross-functional team and TPMs across regional product lines. You will shape technical strategy aligned with LATAM priorities, oversee delivery governance, and ensure successful market launches and ongoing stabilization.

You will collaborate with regional CIOs and product leadership to drive modernization efforts, risk management, and exec-level reporting, while representing LATAM in global forums.

Formación

• 15+ years in product management, technical delivery, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership.
• Proven experience managing TPMs across multiple product lines, markets, or regions.
• Strong grasp of platform modernization, integration/API architecture, security, and operational readiness.
• Track record leading through ambiguity and reporting to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor TPMs embedded across LATAM product lines and platforms.
• Translate LATAM business priorities into technical strategy and measurable execution plans.
• Represent LATAM in global forums, planning, and prioritization discussions.
• Drive delivery discipline: PDLC governance, Definition of Ready/Done, dependency and risk management.
• Own portfolio prioritization and capacity planning across regional initiatives.
• Oversee launch readiness, market adoption, and post-launch stabilization across LATAM markets.
• Build relationships with regional CIOs, business leaders, engineering, and architecture teams.
