MongoDB is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, FDE Engagements, to oversee forward-deployed engineering engagements. You will align stakeholders, manage risks, remove blockers, and ensure clear ownership and outcomes across the engagement lifecycle with FDE, Product, Engineering, and customer teams.

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technical programs or engineering initiatives in enterprise software, AI, or related environments.
• Fluency in modern AI application architectures, LLM-based workflows, and orchestration patterns.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing technical contexts and drive programs forward.
• Strong ability to partner with Engineering, Product, delivery teams, and customer stakeholders across the full lifecycle.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with clear documentation and decisions linked to business value.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding requirements, dependency management, and readiness activities across engineering and customer teams.
• Drive engagement execution, risk management, and clear ownership and decision-making throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide regular status updates and feedback to Product and Engineering stakeholders.
• Prepare readouts that demonstrate delivered value, business impact, and future opportunities for engagement.
