Qualifications

• Proven ability to execute routine and complex HR processes with precision.
• Experience with data management and analysis.
• Fluent in English; multilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), and Merit Increase programs, ensuring accurate execution and compliance.
• Perform monthly audits of data integrity and eligibility for incentive programs.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting communications.
• Prepare compensation dashboards and assist in global/local bonuses audits.
• Participate in compensation automation and surveys; support data collection and benchmarking.
• Review compensation actions and job changes for policy adherence.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards for recognition and compensation reporting.
• Assist with health & welfare, wellness, and leave-management program processing.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
